Who owns my data?

You do! Any customer records (including credit cards) are 100% owned by you. MaidCentral does not have permission to use your customer info for any reason.

Will my data be protected?

Yes, security is our top priority! We will always keep all your data protected and secure.

Can you handle all my data?

Yes! Because MaidCentral is hosted on the largest public cloud cluster in the world (powered by Amazon and backed up by CloudFlare Security + CDN) we have virtually unlimited ability to scale in real time. Whether you have 500 jobs or 1,500 jobs, it won’t slow us down!

Will I get to keep all my financial information?

You will get to keep all the rights to your financial information and other essential data.

What data am I allowed to bring over?

You’re allowed to bring over future schedules, contact information, and house information. You cannot bring over past data, including previous customers.

What integrations are required as part of onboarding?

You’ll need to upgrade to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Twilio, payment processor.

Do I have to pay for updates?

No! We provide constant updates to our software, based upon our partner feedback and you get it all for FREE! Because MaidCentral is on the cloud, any new updates or features automatically show up in your
account.

What software have you already built import processes for?

We’ve already built import processes for several software products (Jobber, ZenMaid, HouseCall Pro, Customer Factor, Service CEO, Launch27, Service Autopilot, and MicroMaid Cloud).

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No! We don’t have any long-term contracts. You’ll pay monthly and if you ever want to cancel, all we ask is for a 30-day cancellation notice.

What happens if I need help with the software?

You will receive access to our expert customer support team, as well as to our private Facebook group where you can ask questions. Each week we offer LIVE training, as well as discuss future builds to the software.
