You will get the same rep to help train you twice a week and will stay with you as long as you need to get everything up and running. Having the same person who knows and manages your account is such a blessing! Pros: It has a report for everything and is very customizable. It has a big learning curve, but once you make it everything runs very well. It also comes preloaded with all sorts of templates and pre-written material that is fantastic! Cons: The only hassle was importing and moving my information over, but they were very helpful in that process and made it as painless as possible. Pros: The amount of information available from scheduling, customer & employee portals, payments, invoicing etc. The system will allow us to be more efficient and focus more ways to be more profitable. The training and onboarding coaches we're great. The system has so much information and set up that it takes a lot to get up and running. Cons: For us the payroll was a challenge only because we had to switch pay structure which in turn increased our payroll costs. I don't think that's reflective of MC. This software allows your scheduling and invoicing all in one application instead of multiple different apps. Cons: The only downside I would have about this software is there not currently a application you can download to your phone everything is done from the browser. Cons: This is not a simple software like Jobber, that you can learn in a couple of days. It is so highly advanced and customizable that you must put in a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively.
